Educational Series: Part 1 – Aging Beer

Last week we sat down with Springdale General Manager Joe Connolly to travel back through time with a flight of vintage bottles. We are excited to launch this video as the first of many in a new educational series sharing our passion for beer. We love learning more about beer, and hope we can pass on some of that knowledge about that humble beverage, beer!  In our first edition, Joe walks us through a vertical tasting of Kriek Mythology, one of the first sour beers we produced at the Barrel Room. Joe also gives some great tips and tricks on starting your own cellar and aging beer yourself. Cheers!
