Barrel Room Yoga for Boston Children’s Hospital

On Sunday, April 29th thousands of yoga practitioners will gather at the Gillette Stadium Empower Field House in Foxboro, MA for a day of yoga and community. This annual event benefits the Wellness Program at Boston Children’s Hospital. The Wellness Program was designed to help patient families cope with the stress that comes with having a child endure ongoing treatments or long stays in the hospital and provides a sanctuary for parents and family, giving them a place to unwind and offering healing support.

Join instructor Lauren Turner for a special session of Barrel Room Yoga on Saturday, March 31st, where her proceeds will be donated to Yoga Reaches Out.

Lauren will guide students of all-levels through a harmonious flow with graceful and deliberate movements paired with breath for an embodied yoga experience.

Class is $15 per person and includes a pint of beer following practice; cash or credit at the door. Sign-up at the link above or just show up!

Please bring your own yoga mat (and props if your personal practice requires, I.e. blocks/straps/blankets).
