Springdale Beer, the year-old experimental off-shoot of Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers, has been crafting ales and barrel-aged sours to complement Jack’s classic lagers. Join Springdale’s Joe Connolly and Jack’s Abby’s Jim Trainor for a focused discussion on the distinctions between ale and lager yeast, as well as the role of souring micro-organisms in Springdale’s beers.
