Barrel Room Yoga

Come join us for a relaxing and energizing Vinyasa Flow yoga class. This class is appropriate for all levels. Class is $15 per person and includes a pint of beer; we will take cash or credit at the door. Sign-up at the link above, or just show up!

Please bring your own yoga mat (and props if your personal practice requires, i.e. blocks/straps/blankets).
