Say Cheese at Springdale!

Join us on Friday, August 18th from 5:00 – 9:00 PM for a pop-up with Say Cheese Food Truck, purveyors of delicious gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. Their delightful orange trailer will be parked just outside our front door and they’ll be making some awesome sandwiches for you to enjoy with your favorite Springdale brew.

Offerings could incldue:
Caprese – Fresh mozz, tomato, basil and balsamic glaze
The Wedge – blue cheese crumbles, cheddar, bacon and tomato
Picklebac – cheddar, bacon and dill pickles
Figgin’ Goat – goat cheese, bacon, fig paste and arugula
And of course, the old standby…just cheddar cheese
